INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER – CRITICAL CARE Location: New Delhi About the Job Acurelis Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Institutional Business Manager based in New Delhi to drive our Critical Care institutional business. The position requires a strong understanding of the hospital procurement ecosystem and proven experience in developing institutional business, securing rate contracts and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare institutions in Delhi. Key Responsibilities * Drive Critical Care institutional sales in Delhi. * Identify and develop new institutional business opportunities. * Obtain and manage rate contracts with corporate hospitals, government hospitals and major healthcare institutes. * Build strong relationships with: * Purchase Committee Members * Pharmacy Procurement In-charges * Hospital Administrators * Key Institutional Decision Makers * Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures. * Develop and manage strategic hospital accounts. * Understand procurement processes, purchase cycles, tenders and institutional requirements. * Ensure effective implementation and servicing of institutional contracts. * Achieve business objectives through strong account management and relationship building. Preferred Candidate Profile * 8–10 years or more of experience in Institutional / Hospital Business, preferably in the Critical Care segment. * Overall 15–20 years of pharmaceutical sales experience will be preferred. * Proven experience in obtaining rate contracts from corporate hospitals, government hospitals and healthcare institutes. * Strong relationships with key decision-makers within hospitals and institutions. * Excellent negotiation and deal-making abilities. * Good understanding of the hospital procurement and institutional business ecosystem in Delhi. * Strong communication, commercial and relationship-management skills. * Candidates with a proven track record in Critical Care Institutional Business will be preferred.
