JOB DESCRIPTION- Regional/Area Sales Manager Regional Managers plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, goals, and medical representatives' training programs. Roles and Roles and Responsibilities  Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing staff.  Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.  Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.  Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.  Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing.
