Key Account Manager (KAM) Location- Delhi NCR (Candidates must be resident of Delhi NCR) Territory-Pan India Industry-Pharmaceutical Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow strategic business relationships with corporate hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. The candidate should possess strong exposure to handling corporate hospital business, institutional sales, and key stakeholder management within the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key accounts, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company’s presence in the institutional healthcare segment. Key Responsibilities * Manage and develop relationships with corporate hospitals and institutional healthcare clients across Pan India. * Identify new business opportunities in the hospital and healthcare segment. * Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for assigned accounts. * Coordinate with procurement teams, hospital management, doctors, and decision-makers. * Ensure successful product positioning and account penetration. * Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with key customers. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and medical affairs. * Maintain regular reporting and account performance analysis. Desired Candidate Profile * Minimum experience in Pharma/Healthcare institutional sales and key account management. * Strong exposure to handling corporate hospital business is mandatory. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Ability to manage Pan India operations and travel extensively when required.
