Job Overview

Key Responsibilities • Achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers & Medical Representatives • Develop and execute effective sales strategies • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions • Execute product launches and promotional campaigns • Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and ethical practices Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy preferred) • MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an advantage • 8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales • Minimum 3–5 years in a team handling role • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets ________________________________________ Key Skills • Sales Strategy & Execution • Team Leadership & Development • KOL & Doctor Relationship Management • Market Analysis & Business Planning • Product Launch Management
