KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management & employee engagement • Develop & implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws • Drive talent acquisition, retention strategies & organizational development initiatives • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal & disciplinary actions • Oversee training & development programs to enhance employee capabilities • Support leadership in building a positive workplace culture aligned with business goals WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • MBA/PG Diploma in HR or related field • 5+ years of experience in HR role (preferably in Pharma / Healthcare / Manufacturing / Distribution) • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws & compliance • Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills • Proactive, solution-oriented & people-centric approach JOIN US Be a part of a growing organization where people drive progress and impact lives.
