We have an urgent requirement for a Scientific Business Executive (MR)./ Business Manager * Achieve sales targets for the assigned area or territory by implementing effective sales strategies. * Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. * Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand business. * Recruit, train, and manage Medical Representatives (MRs) or Sales Executives. * Provide regular coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure team productivity. * Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and provide on-the-spot training. * Set individual targets for team members and track progress. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and distributors. * Act as the primary point of contact for addressing queries and resolving issues in the assigned area. * Candidate should have good Knowledge - Critical Care segment (injectable products)- Division - Neurology, Nephrology, Oncology. You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Products to Various Specialties of Doctors. We require B-Pharma/B.Sc. (Biology, Biotech, and Botany), M. Pharm fresh graduates or candidates having below one year of work experience. MBA fresher's can also be considered. Experience- 6 month to 3 years Excellent English Communication and thorough Scientific Knowledge is a MUST.
