enter into an executed Fee Agreement, we know that,
each and every candidate we present to you meets or exceeds your
requirements for the position.
With the recent changes & turmoil that exist
in today's economy and in the workforce, we are finding that
there is a significant amount of candidates that believe they are
qualified for a specific position but in reality they are not, thus
putting a burden on you, the hiring manager.
To assist and relieve you of this burden, we will
not submit more than 3 active applicants for a single position.
Should you decline a candidate or a candidate withdraws, our
recruiter will be allowed to submit
another.
Prior to submitting a candidate, that candidate
will be interviewed by 3 members of our staff. All 3 have to agree
that the candidate is qualified for the position he/she will be
submitted for.
Prior to submitting a candidate 2 reference
checks will be competed.
Only when all the items above have been
successfully completed will the recruiter be allowed to submit that
candidate for consideration.
Lastly,
unlike the others, our fees are only 15%.
Also, discounts shall apply with:
- Amount of active positions.
